Selection Process

"How We Select Our Awardees"

Include 3-5 step icons or blocks:
1. Nomination Received
2. Screening & Shortlisting
3. Expert Committee Evaluation
4. Final Selection
5. Recognition at the Award Ceremony

1. Nomination Received
This is the first step, where interested candidates (or those recommending someone) fill out the nomination form with details like achievements, contributions, and supporting documents. It's the formal entry into the process.

2. Screening & Shortlisting
Once nominations are submitted, our team carefully checks all applications. We make sure the information is complete, the nominee fits the category, and that all documents are valid. Based on this, we prepare a shortlist of strong candidates.

3. Expert Committee Evaluation
Now, a panel of experts (from academics, industries, or relevant fields) reviews the shortlisted names. They look at the depth of the nominee’s work, innovation, relevance, and the impact they’ve made in their field or society.

4. Final Selection
After evaluation, the jury or committee makes the final decision. Sometimes they may ask for more information, interviews, or clarification before confirming the awardees. Only the most deserving candidates are selected.

5. Recognition at the Award Ceremony
All selected awardees are formally honored at the official IRFA Award Ceremony. They receive a trophy, certificate (digital + hard copy), and get featured in IRFA’s official media channels — making their work known to a wider audience.
